*We currently are not shipping to Mexico, Portugal, Guatemala, Israel, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Yemen & Afghanistan due to unreliable postal services. We currently unable to offer non-tracked free shipping to Canada due to unreliable postal services.   


We are currently only offering a Paid Tracked service to Customers in Canada due to the unreliability of postal services.

From previous experience, we have found that many of the packages do not arrive with customers at all with a non-tracked service.

Does Click Or Buy ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship worldwide. However, we currently do not ship to the following countries as we believe the postal service is unreliable and inconsistent.

We like to offer our customers the best possible service, if local postal companies don’t meet our standards then we don’t see it as acceptable to offer our customers inferior service. From previous experience, we have found that many of the packages do not arrive with customers at all. 

Please note: All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accents marks on letters. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a reshipping fee.  


How long does shipping take?

All local orders should arrive within 7 business days of the purchase date. For international orders, please allow on average 9 to 13 business days for high demand orders and 7 to 21 business days for no rush orders to be delivered. The time it takes for these orders to arrive varies depending on your location, and how quick your local postal or courier service is. For more information, visit our shipping information page.


How much is shipping to my country?

We offer free shipping worldwide with an express flat rate for EU and UK orders. For more information, visit our shipping information page.


When will my order be dispatched?

Processing takes 2-3 business days. And as soon as one of our carriers picks up your parcel you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. For more information, visit our shipping information page.


How can I return or exchange a product?

If for whatever reason, you decide you are not satisfied, you can easily and quickly contact our helpful customer support to get an easy refund. We just ask that you at least give the product a 2 week try and we’ll refund you accordingly, no questions.


What countries are PO BOX numbers mandatory?

If you order from SAUDI ARABIA, OMAN, QATAR or U.A.E please only provide a PO BOX number for safe delivery of parcels.


Signing for parcels?

All C.O.B parcels are to be signed for upon delivery.

If you are not home upon delivery, it is your responsibility to collect your parcel from the Post Office / Courier Service. 


I completed my order, but I haven’t received a tracking number?

Orders are shipped the following business day. 

Once your order has been shipped a shipping confirmation email will be sent. Tracking information is sent shortly after the shipping confirmation email, you will be provided a tracking link that can be used to track the status of your order.

Although our eCommerce store operates 24/7, our staff business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. If you have any questions please email us at support@clickorbuy.com and we will get back to you are soon as possible.


I Can’t Track My Order?

The Free Shipping services that we offer International Customers is a non-tracked service

If you have selected non-tracked shipping there is no tracking information for your parcel. Our system automatically sends out a consignment number for your parcel, this is what has been sent to you. This number usually starts with US.

The time frame for standard non-tracked shipping is stated on our website is 3-15 business days.

Countries in Zone 8 are shipped with DHL / Preferred Courier

Post Tracking 

1. You will receive your tracking number by email 2 days after your order has been dispatched. 

2. You will then see the progress of your parcel.

DHL Tracking 

1. Once you receive a notification saying ‘Received & Dispatched Processed in the DGM mail terminal’ Go to https://www.globalmail.dhl.com/web/portal-asia/traceit and enter your tracking number.

2. At the bottom of the page in the ‘Item Details’ box, there will be a heading that reads ‘Tracking #’ with a number beginning with RX. Copy this number.

3. Go to https://www.aftership.com/courier and select the appropriate region (ie. Global & US, UK & Ireland etc.) Then select your local post provider. For example, USA would select USPS.

4. Paste your RX tracking number in the bar at the top of the page and click track.

5. You can enter your email address to receive notifications about your shipment.

NOTE: If no tracking information appears or if you cannot find your postage provider on Aftership you will need to enter the RX number directly on your national postage providers website. For example, our UK customers would go to http://www.postoffice.co.uk/


Monitoring your Tracked Order?

A tracked service means you get a tracking number and real-time updates on your orders progress. 

Although some of you may order tracking for added security only, it is important to monitor your parcels progress along its journey to you.

Sometimes, things can go wrong along the way- local postal / courier delays may occur, the incorrect address may have been provided, or the local postal service may not leave a note for you to collect your parcel.

If you have troubles with the tracking application or did not receive your tracking number we are more than happy to help. Otherwise, it is your responsibility to monitor your parcels progress using the information provided to you.
